These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of chonkometer.com (the "site"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Not medical advice
The site provides body-composition calculators and related content for entertainment and education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. This is set out in full in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the site or its security; scrape or harvest content at scale without permission; use the site to harass others; or misrepresent the site's readings as professional medical guidance. We may restrict or withdraw access if these terms are breached.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code, the "Chonkometer" name and the cat mascot artwork are the property of the operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may share links to the site and take personal screenshots of your own results for non-commercial personal use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or use the branding or artwork commercially without written permission.
5. Third-party links and ads
The site displays advertising (including Google AdSense) and may link to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and them.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Calculations are estimates with known limitations, as described on each tool and in the Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site and its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
